Cancellation & Returns

Legal compliance
This returns and refunds policy is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive which came into force in October 2000 and is part of UK law under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This law applies to all transactions within the UK where a consumer does not meet the vendor. Contracts between businesses are not governed by these regulations.

Your rights as a consumer

In accordance with the law, you have a 7 day 'cooling off period' in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund, subject to any delivery costs we have incurred. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your purchase. We are obliged to refund your payment in full within 30 days of your cancellation.

How to cancel within the 7 day cooling off period
Should you wish to cancel your purchase within the 7 days 'cooling off' period, please email.

Please tell us your name and address. If your order was made from this website, please tell us the transaction ID. If your order was made by post, please say so.

Refunds due to cancellation
Should you cancel your purchase with this 7 day 'cooling off' period, we will refund your payment in full.  Your refund will be made by cheque which will be posted to you within 30 days of your cancellation. There will be no charges for cancellation within this 7 day cooling off period.

However, the consumer's right to cancel does not apply where goods or services are clearly personalised or made to the consumer’s specifications, or once service provision has begun.
Domain names are personalised to the consumer's specifications and service provision begin from the moment the domain name registration is submitted to the registration authorities. Therefore, the consumer's right to cancel does not apply and QiArt will make no refund for any domain name registration. Cancelation of a package which involves a free domain will have the cost of £10 per year registered deducted from the refunded amount and costumer can use it as they please.
